Some folks (not you of course 😜😜) may be taking in a lot of salt & sugar today. So if your Granny's yams got 3 generations of diabetes in it and Uncle's fried turkey robbed the Dead Sea of its salt...you might want to try this today and everyday. Here's a reminder to flush it out. Don't sit around with that food until the new year. Keep it moving, my dear!
